2. We will contact the customers to confirm on the price including delivery cost (if applicable) and also giving our bank account number.
3. Then customers can proceed with payment via internet banking, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) or ATM transfer. If we dont receive the payment in 48 hours from confirmation, the order is cancelled.
4. If the customers bank in more than the exact price thru Cash Deposit Machine, the balance will be returned together with your product delivery.
5. For proof of payment please do as following:
- Payment via internet banking (Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks): email the screen capture of the payment transaction.
- Payment via CDM or ATM: email the copy of transaction receipt
- *this receipt/payment slip will be used as reference should any problem occur.
6. We will contact you again to let you know when the product will be delivered and the estimated receiving period.
7. For Cash On Delivery method:
- Date, time and location of COD will be set upon discussion with customers
